Redding Police Blotter Highlights For Nov. 25 - Dec. 1

REDDING, CT — Two cases of attempted identity were at the top of the Redding Police Department blotter last week.
On Nov. 26, a Route 107 resident reported that someone had tried to open an account in their name. A Pine Tree Road resident told police the same thing, the next day. Both investigations remain open.
Police were also called to assist in the emergency transport of a Newtown Turnpike resident to the Danbury Hospital Emergency Room for evaluation following severe intoxication on Nov. 30, according to Chief Mark O'Donnell.
