Redding Police Blotter Highlights For Oct. 21-27

REDDING, CT — Redding police were called to the scenes of two separate domestic disputes in the past week.
On Oct. 24, officers charged a daughter in a conflict with her parents at a Black Rock Turnpike home, and on Oct. 26, no arrests were made following a dispute between a husband and wife living on John Applegate Road.
The Redding Police Department is also currently investigating two new fraud cases.

On Oct. 23, a Turney Road resident complained that someone had opened an account in his name. On Oct. 22, a John Todd Way resident reported to police that the amount and payee on a check from his business had been altered.
A motorist reported striking a deer in their Tudor Road driveway on Oct. 26. The deer ran off into the woods, apparently uninjured, according to the driver.
