Redding Police Nab Two Suspended Drivers

nabbed two suspended drivers last week who were observed not wearing their seatbelts.

On Tuesday, May 22 at 8:15 a.m., police observed Jacqueline Smith, 38, of Danbury driving on Black Rock Turnpike without her seatbelt buckled. After stopping her, police found she was operating her car with a suspended registration, something that was also picked up by .

On Friday, May 25 at 7:55 a.m., police saw Joaquim Rodriguez, 39, of Danbury driving down Simpaug Turnpike without his seatbelt buckled. Rodriguez was found to be operating his car with a suspended driver's license.
