The town clerk reports that 12 properties were sold in Redding last month.

On Dec. 1, a trustee from the estate of Donna Barber sold the property at 284 Black Rock Turnpike to Roy and Mary Krueger for $1,005,000.
On Dec. 1, Joan Ancona sold the property at 6 Portland Hill Road to Christopher Coleman for $255,000.

On Dec. 12, William and Elaine Schwing sold the property at 109 Sandfordtown Road to Claudio Avila Tobias for $579,000.
On Dec. 12, William Walker sold the property at 79 Drummer Lane to Jacquelyn Whiting and Brett Baker for $550,000.
