Redding Property Transfers: October 2011

On Oct. 3, Heidi Gulbrandsen sold the property at 9 Old Dimon Road to Bart McDonough for $1.5 million.

On Oct. 3, John and Barbara Roten sold the property at 139 Limekiln Road to Matthew and Linda Lugar for $850,000.

On Oct. 3, Susan Leslie sold the property at 82 Marchant Road to Anne Vitanzq for $439,000.

On Oct. 5, Robert DeSantis sold the property at 67 Sport Hill Road to Hillary and Wade Tonken for $550,000.

On Oct. 6, Ryder Properties LLC sold the property at 25 Deacon Abbott Road to Gwyn Blanton for $662,500.

On Oct. 13, Todd and Barbara Powers sold the property at 39 High Ridge Road to Barry and Sherry Beckwith for $790,000.
