Reports: Mary Kennedy Autopsy Shows Antidpressents, No Alcohol
The Westchester Medical Examiner's office released its findings in a report Friday.
Mary Kennedy's autopsy report shows she had traces of three different antidepressants in her bloodstream at the time of her death, but no alcohol, according to news reports.
The Westchester County Medical Examiner's office revealed the drugs to be trazodone, desmethylvenlaxafine and venlafaxine, all commonly prescribed antidepressants, the New York Times reported.
Kennedy was found dead on her property May 16. She was married to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in 1994 but the coupled filed for divorce in 2010, shortly after Mary Kennedy involving prescription drugs and alcohol. They couple had four children together.
