When: Evening concert for adults is at 7 p.m. Saturday; a program for children ages one to four will occur from 1 to 1:45 p.m.; another program for children ages five to eight will occur at 2:15 to 3 p.m.

Why Go? Classical music soothes the soul. Renowned musicians of the classical group Prometheus will be performing music from Mozart and Brahms. After the main event, there will be a reception where wine and cheese will be served.

When: Sunday at 2 p.m.
Why Go? Robert Frost is an indelible poet whose work embraces the New England country side and the intricacies of the human spirit. Professor Michael Jay Marotto, PhD, from the University of Connecticut, will be presenting a lecture on Frost’s literary contributions to American literature.

Where: The Ridgefield Playhouse, 80 East Ridge Road, Ridgefield
When: Saturday at 8 p.m.
Why Go? Known as “The World’s Greatest ABBA Tribute Band,” The Arrival is an internationally renowned and highly successful tribute band which plays all of ABBA’s greatest hits. If you love ABBA, this is an event for you.

Where: The Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road, Wilton
When: Saturday from 2 – 4 p.m.
Why Go? Guest speaker Gorel Bogarde, a former Swedish diplomat and Deputy Consul General of Sweden in New York, who is currently UN Representative for Save the Children, will be delivering a talk entitled “Why Women Matter.,” about empowering women and the benefits of empowered women to society. Tea and international delicacies will be served. Registration required. Also, there will be a discussion of women’s literature from dozens of countries around the world.

Where: The Norwalk Public Library, 1 Belden Avenue, Norwalk
When: Saturday at 3 p.m.
Why Go? The featured artist, Jo-Ann Claybourne, has her work on display the entire month of March at the Norwalk library. She has been featured throughout the library during the last few years. Her artwork has a distinctive African feel that is merged with American culture.
