Don’t miss this special weekend showing.
- About the movie: A ballet dancer wins the lead in "Swan Lake" and is perfect for the role of the delicate White Swan, Princess Odette, but slowly loses her mind as she becomes more and more like Odette's evil sister, Odile, the Black Swan. Directed by Darren Aronofsky. Starring Natalie Portman. Nominated for 5 Oscars including Best Actress, Best Directing, and Picture of the Year. Rated R.

- Where: The Mark Twain Library, 439 Redding Road, Redding.
- When: Sunday at 3 p.m.
- Why Go? Champagne and cupcakes! After a stimulating oral chronicle of the 100-year-old building, a special tribute to Mark Twain’s daughter (whom the library is dedicated to), and a screening of the film The Mark Twain Library: 100 Years, attendees will be invited to a relaxing reception where they can eat and drink. All for free.

- Where: The Ridgefield Library, 427 Main Street, Ridgefield.
- When: Saturday from 9 to 5 p.m.
- Why Go? Who doesn’t love art? This is a special one-day sale of affordable, classy art items. There will be collectible lithographic art posters by artists such as Alexander Calder and Al Hirschfeld. Also for sale will be Chinese art and folk items, watercolor on silk, straw paintings, stone rubbings, Teak boxes and note cards.
- Price: These art items range from $5 to $25—a really cheap way to add some new art to the house.
- Where: The Westport Community Theatre at Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue
- When: Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.; Sunday at 2 p.m.
- Why Go? There’s nothing like theatre. Written by the Pulitzer Prize for Drama-nominee Theresa Rebeck, this fan-favorite comedy-thriller is about two sister, conartists, and philatelists conniving against one another over the possession of a rare stamp.
- Price: Tickets range from $14 to $20.

- Where: The Downtown Cabaret Theatre, 263 Golden Hill Street, Bridgeport
- When: Friday at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday at 5:30 & 8:30 p.m.; Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
- Why Go? If you love the Beatles, then don’t miss this wonderful event to that iconic band that changed music forever. The event features an Edward Sullivan look-alike who will guide the audience through various stages of the Beatles and the revolutionary 60s. Take a trip back in time as four of the most well-known Beatles impersonators perform two hours of music. Classic 60s TV commercials and vintage footage will really immerse you in the experience.
