Town-By-Town Snow Accumulation For Connecticut's Winter Storm
The entire state of Connecticut is getting buried beneath a sheet of ice. How much snow and sleet did you get so far?
CONNECTICUT — Mother Nature tossed the area a change-up pitch on the overnight, as a promised late-season snow storm is dropped mostly as sleet.
The change in precipitation type didn't made the morning commute any more pleasant. If anything, the early morning roads were more treacherous with that layer of ice atop them.
As for what's already on the ground, reports have been coming in since before dawn from both National Weather Service stations and Patch readers.
