Umpawaug Road Home Sells for $1.5M in Redding
Five homes were sold in Redding during the first half of November.

On Nov. 1, William Strouse sold the property at 36 Great Pasture Road to Mary Ellen Strouse for $282,500.
On Nov. 5, H&J Realty LLC sold the property at 8 Main Street to First Niagra Bank for $575,000.

On Nov. 8, Charles Tyler sold the property at 240 Umpawaug Road to Umpawaug Hill LLC for $1,500,000.
On Nov. 13, Geraldine McNamara sold the property at 56 Portland Avenue, Unit 8 to Joann H. Orr for $235,000.
