What kind of restaurant would you like to see open in the space formerly occupied by the Georgetown Saloon, a staple of Redding's Main Street for more than 30 years?

Since March 2012, the space at 8 Main Street has remained unoccupied. What kind of restaurant is lacking in Georgetown? Would another type of establishment be more welcomed?
