She Builds Community and Brings Out the Best in Easton
Every small town has a few special people who make it feel like home. For Easton, one of those people is Adrienne Burke.
Adrienne operates Greiser’s Coffee and Market, the cozy coffee shop and gathering place that she lovingly restored with its namesake Dick Greiser about seven years ago. What was once an antique shop has become one of Easton’s most cherished spaces. It’s not only a place to grab coffee, but also a place to meet friends and feel connected to our neighbors. I remember when it opened in November 2018, right around my birthday. I thought to myself, “What a perfect gift, a place that captures everything I love about our town.”
Then came the pandemic. When so many small businesses struggled, Adrienne didn’t give up; she pivoted. She turned Greiser’s into a small-town grocery store, making sure residents could get the basics they needed, from flour to toilet paper. And as soon as it was safe, she created an outdoor space where people could come together again -- safely, warmly, and with that same spirit of Easton neighborliness.

Adrienne Burke doesn’t just run a small coffee shop; she builds community. She sees beauty where others see barriers, and she turns challenges into opportunities for connection and conversation.
That’s the kind of leadership Easton deserves. A dedicated leader who embraces challenges, unites people, and makes our small town shine even brighter.
