Vote Nick D'Addario and Row A to Preserve Easton
Let's Come Together to Protect the Easton We Love
Elections are choices about our shared vision for Easton’s future. No matter where we live in town or how long we’ve lived here, we want the same things: clean water, open space, excellent schools, and a community that feels connected and cared for. To achieve that, we need proven leaders who take action aligned to our community’s priorities, which is why I am voting for Nick D’Addario for First Selectman, a leader who has a proven record of protecting what makes Easton special while also planning responsibly for the future.
Over the past six years, Easton has benefited from thoughtful, effective Democratic leadership that has delivered real results. Together, we’ve:
- Protected open space and water resources by partnering with the Aspetuck Land Trust and the State of Connecticut to preserve major properties like South Park.
- Empowered residents by passing a land use ordinance that gives the community, not just elected officials, the final say on town land sales and acquisitions.
- Worked across the aisle to keep taxes low while investing in our schools and providing meaningful tax relief for seniors.
- Preserved historic buildings, such as the EMS facility renovation, by leveraging federal funding — improving critical town services while reducing the burden on taxpayers.
- Strengthened local planning and zoning, ensuring Easton maintains its rural character and local control over land use decisions.
This is what Preservation with Progress looks like — leadership that unites people, builds trust, and delivers results. When we work together, Easton thrives.
