A 59-year-old Weston man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police observed him sitting in his car parked outside Ancona's Wines & Liquors in Wilton, revving his engine repeatedly.
Stephen Budner, of North Calvin Road, was arrested on Oct. 30 at 6:09 p.m.
According to Wilton Police, employees at Ancona's contacted them when they saw him revving his engine, which he continued to do until his arrest.

Budner was released on a promise to appear at a Nov. 9 court date.
