Weston Property Transfers: January 2012

On Jan. 3, Maurice Gulson and Theresa Thiemann sold the property at 11 Beaverbrook Road to Paula Waters for $655,000.

On Jan. 4, the Estate of Jacqueline Brassard sold the property at 71 Ladder Hill Road North to Lucie and John Lawlor for $315,000.

On Jan. 11, James and Concetta Shine sold the property at 91 Blue Spruce Circle to Harold Kirshner for $300,000.

On Jan. 13, HBSC Bank USA sold the property at 9 Meadowbrook Lane to Stephen Shapiro for $200,199.
