Eight properties were sold in Weston last month.

On Oct. 4, Kevin and Elizabeth English sold the property at 53 Greenfield Drive to Robert and Stacey Tucker for $1,426,000.
On Oct. 4, Marian Salzman sold the property at 26 Norfield Road to Arvid Brandstrom for $376,000.

On Oct. 5, Galan and Denise Daukas sold the property at 31 Old Redding Road to Jason and Robyn Bager for $1,270,000.
On Oct. 6, Lisa Kennedy sold the property at 35 Old Redding Road to Kathleen and Bart Kelleher for $1,092,500.

On Oct. 11, Gary Galanis sold the property at 267 Newtown Turnpike to Samuel Masterson and Ellen Flink for $422,000.
On Oct. 21, Teubert Wyatt and Cynthia Wragg sold the property at 7 Laurel Ridge Lane to Artur Domka for $260,000.
On Oct. 24, the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut sold the property of Lot 3 on Emmanuel Lane to Pheasant Hill, LLC for $275,000.
On Oct. 26, Amy Comport sold the property at 50 Catbrier Road to Brien and Elizabeth McDonald for $665,000.
