Weston Tax Bills Due: What Residents Need To Know
Weston tax payments for real estate, personal property, and motor vehicles are due shortly.
WESTON, CT — The Town of Weston has announced that the first installment of real estate, personal property, and motor vehicle taxes from the Oct. 1, 2024 Grand List is due by July 1, 2025.
According to the Tax Collector’s Office, payments not made by Aug. 1 will incur interest of 1.5 percent per month from the original due date, as outlined in Connecticut General Statute 12-145. The minimum interest charge is $2.
Taxpayers can pay in person at Town Hall during business hours, by mail, via drop box outside the building, or online here. Online payments are subject to service fees.

The town has switched to a new online payment platform, and those using autopay must create a new account. Tax bills will be viewable online beginning June 28. Taxpayers can also check payment amounts online starting June 27.
Officials reminded residents that not receiving a tax bill does not exempt them from payment, interest, or fees. Those with questions, or who no longer own a vehicle they were billed for, should contact the Tax Assessor at 203-222-2606 or the Tax Collector at 203-222-2694.
