Weston's Keith Richards to Make Large Donation to Local Charities: Report
The Rolling Stones guitarist and his wife are Weston residents.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — A famous musician that has settled in the local area will be making a significant donation to two local charities, reports the Weston Forum. Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards and wife Patti Hansen will auction antiques from their New York City apartment, and will donate the proceeds to SPHERE and the Prospector Theater.
The items will be auctioned off during a special event on June 24. Hansen's nephew, 24, has autism and has received services from both charities. You can view the auction items by clicking here.
