UPDATE: This crash has now been cleared but delays persist.

WESTPORT - I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 16 and 18 (4.0 miles) because of Crash (Tractor Trailer Vs 2 Veh) between Exits 18 and 19. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Tuesday, December 9 at 7:20 am.
