Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon represented NB I Realty LLC in the successful purchase of 164 Kings Highway North. Mark Holod of Hastings Real Estate represented the Seller. The 6,000 SF office building was owned by NFM Realty Associates. In addition to occupying the lower level of the building, new ownership is planning for significant upgrades to the property including new landscaping and interior renovations.
