APT Metrics Leases Space In Westport Office Building

The tenant will occupy part of the second floor of the property at 320 Post Road West.

Cushman & Wakefield announced this week that the real estate services firm has arranged a long-term, 2,700-square-foot lease for APT Metrics at 320 Post Road West, a 18,000-square-foot office building that recently underwent major renovations. The tenant will occupy part of the second floor of the property.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Klimek represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Adam Cognetta of Choyce Peterson Inc.

“The landlord has invested significant capital into this Class A boutique office building, including fully renovating all common areas,” said Klimek. “Vacancy rates for office properties in Westport continue to shrink at a precipitous rate and quality buildings such as this one are hard to come by.
