Arrest Synopsis Nov. 2 - 9

• Ernesto Moreno of Bridgeport, 28, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of driving while suspended. He was taken into custody and held overnight until he posted bond. This is the second time in a month Moreno has been charged with operating under suspension.
• Gabriella Devito of Westport, 25, was arrested Nov. 3 on an outstanding warrant for charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of a hallucinogenic substance. The charges stem from an accident that occurred on Sept. 24 when the vehicle she was driving went off the road, hit a sign and was hung up on a small rock. Devito was transported to Norwalk Hospital for evaluation. The passenger at the scene admitted to the officer that they had smoked PCP prior to the accident, according to the police report. Devito posted bond and was released.
• Christopher Rossiter of Weston, 22, was arrested Nov. 6 on a charge of driving  under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
• A man was arrested Nov. 8 on a charge of risk of injury to child. According to the police report, the suspect allegedly pushed his wife down while she was holding an infant.
