Property Revaluation Is Underway In Westport, Officials Say
Vision is a Massachusetts-based company that has performed all of Westport's revaluations since 2005.
WESTPORT, CT — Town Assessor Paul Friia announced [on Monday] that, as part of the town-wide revaluation process, data mailers have been sent to all Westport property owners who have a residence or a commercial building on their property.
Mr. Friia noted, “The data mailers are one of the best ways for the Assessor’s Office and Vision Government Solutions (“Vision”) to be certain that the information regarding your property is accurate. Please review your information, make corrections as necessary, and send the data mailer back whether corrections are made or not. The return of the data mailer is an important step in the process of accurate valuations.”
