Here are five things to know about Westport for Wednesday, July 10:
1. The weather. There is a chance for showers and thunderstorms -- some capable of producing heavy rain -- on Wednesday. Otherwise, expect partly sunny skies with temperatures reaching a high near 84.
2. RTM Ordinance Committee. The committee will meet to discuss a proposed anti-blight ordinance at 10:30 a.m. in Town Hall. Click here for more information.

3. Bayberry Lane Bridge to close. The bridge over Aspetuck River will close for two to four weeks for emergency repairs starting Wednesday.
