Here are five things to know about Westport for Friday, July 5 and the weekend:
1. The weather. There may be patchy fog in the morning Friday, but otherwise expect sunny skies with temperatures reaching a high near 91.
2. Grand Slambovians. Check out this alternative country, folk-pop, roots-rock band at 8 p.m. Friday at Levitt Pavilion. The concert is free.

3. Green-Eyed Lady at Bobby Q's. Rock it up with the band Green-Eyed Lady at 10 p.m. Friday, plus get some BBQ at Bobby Q's.
4. Round Hill Highland Games. Take a trip to Norwalk on Saturday for the 90th annual Round Hill Highland Games at Cranbury Park for Scottish, food, drinks, dancing, and music. Details here.
