Full Slate Of Republican & Democratic Candidates For Upcoming Westport Election

Election Day 2025 In Westport is Tuesday, Nov. 4.

WESTPORT, CT — Westport's two political organizations — the Republican Town Committee and the Democratic Town Committee — have both finalized their slate of candidates for the Nov. 4 election.

The candidates are:

First Selectman
Democrat: Kevin Christie
Republican: Don O’Day

Second Selectwoman
Democrat: Amy Wistreich
Republican: Andrea Moore

Board of Assessment Appeals
Democrats: Lynette Pineda, Ifeseyi Gayle
Republican: Tom Bloch

Board of Education
Democrats: Abby Tolan, Lauren Karpf
Republicans: Andy Frankel, Michelle Hopson, Dorie Hordon, and Kaitlin Zucaro

Board of Finance
Democrats: Allyson Stollenwerck, Elaine Whitney
Republican: Brian Gaines

Planning and Zoning Commission
Democrats: Michael Cammeyer, Bre Injeski
Republican: Michele Paquette

Zoning Board of Appeals
Democrats: Sheri Gordon, Joe Scordato
Republican: Scott Schuster

"We are excited to have this group of committed public servants on our ticket and are ready to work to get them elected in November!" the Westport DTC said in a statement.

Patrizia Zucaro, Chair of the Westport RTC, said she is "thrilled" by the party's candidates.

"This talented and accomplished group of individuals is dedicated to serving the best interests of our community," Zucaro said in a statement. "With their diverse expertise and unwavering commitment, they will work tirelessly to protect our schools, preserve property values, and enhance the quality of life that makes Westport so special. Local government should be about our families and friends and not political ideology. We should focus on what’s best for Westport, and I’m excited for the energy and vision they’ll bring to this election!"
