Gorham Island Office Building In Westport Sells For $22.4M: Report
The seller reportedly took a loss of nearly $1 million on the sale.
WESTPORT, CT — Greenwich financier Jose Gonzalez-Navarro recently bought 1 Gorham Island, the office building just off the Parker-Harding Plaza in Westport, for $22.4 million, the Stamford Advocate reported.
The sale marks a nearly $1 million loss for the seller, reportedly an affiliate of assisted-living operator Maplewood Senior Living, which bought the building for $23.2 million in 2018.
In recent years, Gonzalez-Navarro has bought other commercial properties in town, including 8 & 10 Wright Street and the National Hall complex.
