'Growing Our Community' Fundraising Event Thursday In Westport
The biennial benefit will be held at The Westport Library.

WESTPORT, CT — The countdown is on! “Growing Our Community,” the Westport Book Sale’s biennial benefit, is just one week away. Join us on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Westport Library for an evening of celebration, fundraising, and community impact.
March is National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, making this the perfect time to support inclusive employment opportunities. Since 2021, Westport Book Sale Ventures has provided over 8,750 hours of paid job training for adults with disabilities while also contributing more than $200,000 to The Westport Library.

Tickets are $95 and available online at westportbooksalemarch2025benefit.eventbrite.com or in person at the Westport Book Shop, 23 Jesup Road. Guests will enjoy live music performed by members of the Staples High School Jazz ensemble, light bites, and exciting live and silent auctions featuring unique books, artwork, vintage vinyl, and exclusive experiences. Westport local talent Nick Sarelli will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
Newly added auction highlights include:
• Soirée at Wakeman Town Farm - for upto 20 guests with planning services by The Party Partner, Deirdre Price
• L.A. Dodgers 2024 World Series Champions Baseball Cap, signed by Westport’s own Ben Casparius
