Patch: Tell us a bit about your business or organization:
Robert and Donna Patchen: Nestled in a historic landmark in Southport, Paci set the benchmark for excellence as the first ‘farm to table’ restaurant. Artfully blending seasonal and organic ingredients in a sophisticated modern upscale ambiance complimented by an award-winning wine cellar. Paci has set the example for an impeccable dining experience for almost three decades. A culmination of tradition, elegance with modern influences, and an evolving cuisine has showcased Paci’s longevity over the years.

Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Robert and Donna Patchen: Paci Restaurant was established in May of 1996, twenty-eight years strong!

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Robert and Donna Patchen: I dabbled in catering and private dinner affairs that catapulted me into opening Paci.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Robert and Donna Patchen: Eat what you like – can’t go wrong with any choice on the menu!

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Robert and Donna Patchen: Hearing my guests express their enjoyment and satisfaction with my cooking!
