Local Firm Leases 7 Separate Medical Offices In Westport

WESTPORT, CT — Westport-based Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate announced this week that it has brokered new medical practice leases at 728 Post Road East and Willows Medical Center, 125-131 Kings Highway North, in Westport.

Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of SCRE partnered with HB Nitkin to execute a total of seven medical leases in the two buildings, with four at 728 Post Road East, and three at 125-131 Kings Highway North. Both properties are owned and managed by HB Nitkin.

728 Post Road East (four leases): Penny and Laure were the sole brokers involved in executing two leases, one for GameDay Men’s Health (1,858 SF) and one for Laser Eye Practice of Westport (2,317 SF). In addition, Penny and Laure brokered a deal with Dr. Benadaret Select Care, PC for 1,357 SF (Tenant represented by Skip Lane, CW). Penny and Laure brokered a fourth
lease signed by VAVI Medical for 2,386 SF (Tenant represented by Sarah Cohen, Gotham Realty NYC).

Willows Medical Center, 125-131 Kings Highway North (three leases): Penny and Laure were the sole brokers involved in executing two leases, one with Sage Valley Therapy (1,192 SF) and a second with Fairfield County
Audiology (1,200 SF). Penny and Laure brokered a third lease signed by Rumi Mind Health, Inc. for 1,800
SF (Tenant represented by Kathleen Fazio, CW).
