Man Charged with DUI in Fairfield, Westport Following Accident
Westport police arrested the man on a warrant after he was charged with DUI on Dec. 28 in a neighboring town.
Westport police served charged a 73-year-old Weston man with DUI after he was taken into custody following an unrelated driving under the influence arrest in Fairfield, police said.
The warrant stems from a motor vehicle accident Miller had been involved with on Nov. 28 at the intersection of Post Road East and Westfair Drive, according to a police report.

Westport police responded to the Fairfield Police Department and charged Paul Miller, of 82 11 O’Clock Road, Weston, with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released after posting $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 7.
