The following obituary if from Harding Funeral Home:

Mr. Christian “Chris” Le Brun, 56, of Westport, CT, husband of Oona Robinson passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at his home in Westport after a 22 months fight against Glioblastoma Brain Cancer.

Chris was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on September 6, 1967 and is the son of Yves and Ana Le Brun. Chris grew up in Scarsdale and graduated from Scarsdale High School. Tennis was always an important aspect of his life. He played tennis for Scarsdale High School and Lehigh University. He met his wife Oona on the tennis courts of Roosevelt Island in New York City. A voracious competitor at the highest level, Chris had a rich social life built around tennis. During his illness he spent endless hours watching the Tennis Channel, with a sprinkling of news in between. Chris was known as a stylish and elegant man, tall and slim, always impeccably groomed. On the work front Chris was that unusual thing – a lawyer that loved being a lawyer. After working in the city for the then Chadbourne & Parke, Chris joined Orbcomm as General Counsel in 2005. Over the years he played a key strategic role, supporting the company through IPO, multiple satellite launches, 12 acquisitions and a go-private transaction.

Chris loved family dinners with his wife and two boys: Nicolas Le Brun and Jacques Le Brun, taking long walks with his wife Oona and their chocolate lab Latte, and playing as much tennis as his busy schedule would allow. Since childhood he was known for taking long, long showers and baking like a lizard in the sun. Over the past 22 months he especially found joy in the noisy Le Brun family get-togethers and playing endless hours of Canasta with his sister Ceci and his parents.

In addition to his wife and two sons, Chris is survived by his parents: Yves and Ana Le Brun, two
brothers: Lee and Paul and one sister: Ceci.
