Outcomes Decided After Westport Election Vote Recounts

WESTPORT, CT — Outcomes did not change following recounts of votes in three Representative Town Meeting districts in Westport, according to results released by Westport Town Clerk Jeff Dunkerton.

The recounts were conducted for districts 1, 2 and 9, and the winners were all the same as what was determined following the election.

In most cases, the vote totals were unchanged, but a few candidates picked up a couple of votes. Inauguration Night is scheduled for Monday in Town Hall.

Below are the vote totals for Westport RTM districts 1, 2 and 9. The first number is the unofficial tally after the election, and the second number is what was determined after the recount. Winners in bold:
