Kaia Yoga, founded by Gina and Stan Woodman, is 10,000-square-foot center offering four yoga studios, an organic café, a range of family services and more.
The center, located at 1200 Post Road East, also offers detox and nutritional programs. The nutritional offerings include juice cleanses, nutritional supplements, informative books and bulk items, variety of salads, wraps, yoghurt, organic teas and more.
