Riko's Pizza To Open Location In Westport
The popular hot oil, thin-crust pizzeria chain already has five restaurants in Fairfield County.
WESTPORT, CT — Riko's Pizza, the popular chain with five locations in Fairfield County, will open a sixth site in the state in Westport, according to a "coming soon" note on its website.
The new Westport site will be at 60 Charles St., near Exit 17 of I-95, a location that has housed several restaurants and markets over the years.
A date for the opening of the Westport restaurant was not disclosed, but it will join shops in Stamford (two), Norwalk, Darien and Fairfield. The chain also has locations in New York, Massachusetts and Florida, and will soon open shops in North Carolina and Vermont.

Riko's specializes in hot oil, thin-crust pizzas, but also serves wings, salads, desserts and cocktails.
Westport Journal reports that Riko's recently applied for permits from Aspetuck Health District to open in Westport.
