WESTPORT, CT — A 12,440-square-foot home at 5 Fraser Road in Westport was sold this month for $10.25 million, according to the listing team of Barbara Bross, Alexander Chingas and Doug Bross with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

Built in 2025 and resting on 2 acres, the six bedroom, 10 bathroom home was constructed by Skyview Builders, which is represented by the Bross Chingas Bross team. The buyer was represented by Susan Arciero of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Skyview is in the midst of building additional luxury homes in Westport and Greenwich.
