Suspect Accused Of Using Firearm To Threaten Victim: Westport Police
The suspect was arrested on a warrant this week, according to authorities.

WESTPORT, CT — A 47-year-old Norwalk man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday by Westport police on threatening and related charges, after police said he used a firearm to threaten someone in town.
In addition to first-degree threatening (with a firearm), Michael Gold was also charged with disorderly conduct, and first-degree reckless endangerment, according to police.
The incident is alleged to have occurred several months ago at a home in Westport.

"A subsequent investigation into these allegations suggested that during a verbal argument, Michael Gold had threatened the victim with a firearm," Lt. Anthony Prezioso said in a statement.
During the arrest this week, a firearm was seized from Gold by police, Prezioso told Patch. Additional details were not disclosed.

Gold was released after posting bond on bail of $50,000, and he was scheduled to be arraigned in Stamford Superior Court on Wednesday.
