Temporary Closure Announced For Playground At Compo Beach In Westport
The playground will be closed one day this week.

WESTPORT, CT — The playground at Compo Beach in Westport will be closed all day on Tuesday, July 22, for a scheduled safety inspection, the town's Parks and Recreation Department announced.
"We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding," officials said. "As this is a newly renovated playground, this inspection is part of a routine post-construction review to ensure everything remains in excellent condition and safe for continued use. Safety is always our top priority."
