The HK group calls the property, which has the capability to add an outdoor dining patio, an 'iconic new Westport restaurant building.' According to HK Group's website, this is the first time the building has been available since it was built in 1935. The building totals 9,540 square feet including the basement and boasts an 80' frontage on Post Road East. It was appraised at $3.2 million.
