Westport Book Shop Hosts 'Doggy Days Of Summer' Saturday
The dog-themed event will be held on Jesup Green across from the book shop.
WESTPORT, CT — The Westport Book Shop will host "Doggy Days of Summer" from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday on Jesup Green across from the book shop, organizers announced.
Author Denis O'Neill, who wrote "Bradford's Walk," is scheduled to read excerpts from the book. Also scheduled to attend are staffers from Woofgang & Co, Oakley from Reading to Rover, and the Westport Police Department's K-9 Unit.
There will also be dog-themed games and art by Jack Geer and Ranvir Sharma.
