Westport Book Shop, Remarkable Theater Again Host Oscars Contest

The Westport Book Shop and The Remarkable Theater are delighted to announce they are teaming up again for a second annual joint "Guess the Oscars Winners" Contest !

Movie buffs are invited to fill out a ballot and vote for who you think will win the Academy Award in each of 9 categories at this year’s 95th Academy Awards (the “Oscars”), plus a tie-breaker question. The three entrants who guess the most categories correctly will each receive a ticket valid for any showing of the Remarkable Theater’s upcoming 2023 Drive-In Season, valued at $50, a $25 Westport Book Shop Gift Card, plus official Remarkable Theater and Westport Book Shop swag!

Ballots are available at the Westport Book Shop, at 23 Jesup Road, right across Jesup Green from the Westport Library. Ballot forms may also be downloaded by visiting the Westport Book Shop's website or the Remarkable Theater's website.

Completed ballots must be brought to the Westport Book Shop, 23 Jesup Road, by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday March 12th. The Academy Awards event is being televised the evening of March 12, 2023.

Winners will be announced on Instagram @westportbooksale and on Facebook at Westport Book Sales, on Monday, March 13th at Noon.
