Westport Election Results 2024: Vote Totals For Every Race

Here is how Westport residents voted for every person on the ballot including president, congress and their local state races.

WESTPORT, CT — The votes are still being counted in many places across the country, but fortunately in Connecticut and in Westport the votes have all been counted.

On Election Day, Kamala Harris received 753,511 votes in Connecticut compared to 612,621 for Donald Trump, according to the unofficial results from the Secretary of State's Office.

In Connecticut's 5 congressional districts the projected winners are all the incumbent Democrats: John Larson, Joe Courtney, Rosa L. DeLauro, Jim Himes, and Jahana Hayes.

For the statewide ballot question ("Shall the Constitution of the State be amended to permit the General Assembly to allow each voter to vote by absentee ballot?"), Westport voted in favor of it, 9,735 to 3,694. The measure also passed statewide.

Jill Stein and Butch Ware, Green Party — 88

Christopher S. Murphy, Democrat — 11,258 and 191

Robert Finley Hyde, Cheaper Gas Groceries Party — 49

For U.S. Congress in the 4th District:

Jim Himes, Democrat — 11,388

Dr. Michael Goldstein, Republican — 4,696

Benjamin Wesley, Independent — 163

For state senate in the 26th Senatorial District:

Ceci Maher, Democrat — 10,616

Kami Evans, Republican — 5,185 and 190

For state representative in the 136th District:

Jonathan Steinberg, Democrat — 9,418

John Bolton, Republican — 4,496

For state representative in the 143rd District:

Dominique Johnson, Democrat — 1,350 and 22 and 22
