Westport Library To Close Early Due To Power Outage
The library is currently without power and operating in limited capacity via generator.
WESTPORT, CT — The Westport Library is closing early at 4 p.m. on Friday, June 20, due to the power outage that hit downtown Westport.
The library is currently without power and operating in limited capacity via generator. The café closed at 2 p.m.
"Tonight’s Verso University course, 'Kickoff to Summer: Happy Hour Cooking Class,' has been postponed until further notice." officials said in a statement. "We are expecting to re-open as scheduled tomorrow (Saturday, June 21) at 9 a.m."
