Westport PD: Town Man Charged After Domestic With Girlfriend
Westport police reports: March 1-5.

- Albert Aguilar, 36, of Bridgeport, was charged March 4 with second-degree failure to appear. Aguilar was stopped on Saugatuck Avenue for a motor vehicle equipment violation. It was found that there was an active arrest warrant for him for failure to appear stemming from an arrest by Connecticut State Police Troop G for operating under suspension and operating an unregistered vehicle, police said. He was taken into custody and later released after posting $750 bond. He is due in court March 14.
- Benjamin Lindenhahn, 42, of Westport, was charged with disorderly conduct after being involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, police said. He was issued a misdemeanor summons to appear in court Monday morning.
