Westport Police Bust Three Teens With Fake ID's

Didien Hernandez-Arias, 31, of Norwalk, was charged Dec. 29 with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered vehicle. The accused was stopped on Greens Farms Road and Prospect Street for operating the unregistered motor vehicle and was also found to be operating a motor vehicle with his operator’s license under suspension. A further check revealed there was a warrant for failure to appear from Norwalk Police Department for motor vehicle charges. He was taken into custody and later released after posting a $3,000 bond.

The officer located three individuals who were intoxicated in the parking lot, James Hansen, 19, and Robert MacDonald, 19, both of Fairfield, as well as Matthew Barry, 20, of Westport.
