Westport Police Bust Three Teens With Fake ID's
Westport police reports: Dec. 29 - Jan. 3.

Didien Hernandez-Arias, 31, of Norwalk, was charged Dec. 29 with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered vehicle. The accused was stopped on Greens Farms Road and Prospect Street for operating the unregistered motor vehicle and was also found to be operating a motor vehicle with his operator’s license under suspension. A further check revealed there was a warrant for failure to appear from Norwalk Police Department for motor vehicle charges. He was taken into custody and later released after posting a $3,000 bond.
An employee of the approached a officer Jan. 2 and stated there was a person on the premises who refused to leave. The officer located three individuals who were intoxicated in the parking lot, James Hansen, 19, and Robert MacDonald, 19, both of Fairfield, as well as Matthew Barry, 20, of Westport. Three false driver's licenses were located on MacDonald's person. A Connecticut driver's license belonging to a male from Stamford was located on Barry's person which was used to purchase liquor at The Black Duck. All three were taken into custody and issued infractions for false statement to procure liquor. Barry was additionally charged with criminal impersonation. MacDonald was additionally charged with third-degree forgery and creating a public disturbance.
