Westport Police Department Launches Toy Drive In December
The police department will collect new, unwrapped toys during the Downtown Holiday Stroll on Dec. 7, and at Athletic Shoe Factory.
WESTPORT, CT — The Westport Police Department is collecting new, unwrapped toys for its annual Toy Drive beginning in December.
Officers will collect toys from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 7 during the annual Downtown Holiday Stroll. The officers will be in a Westport Police Athletic League/Westport Police Department tent for the event.
Additionally, the department will collect toys outside Athletic Shoe Factory, at 1560 Post Road East, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 7, 8, 14 and 15.

Toys can also be dropped off, beginning on Sunday, at the police department, Awesome Toys & Gifts (429 Post Road East), and The Toy Post (180 Post Road East).
