Westport Receives Financial Reporting Achievement Award
Westport's Finance Department was awarded for "its comprehensive annual financial report."
First Selectman Gordon Joseloff has been notified by the Government
Finance Officers Association (GFOA) that the Westport Finance Department has
been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Finance Reporting.
The award was given to Westport for "its comprehensive annual financial report" the GFOA release said.

"The expertise, perseverance, and hard work of the Finance Department
staff helps maintain Westport's reputation for first-rate financial reports,"
said Joseloff. "Westport is very fortunate to have employees who are
committed to accuracy and thoroughness. We appreciate their dedication."
