Westport Restaurant Introduces New ‘WTF G.O.A.T. Bowl’
The new seasonal item represents a collaboration between the popular restaurant and Wakeman Town Farm.
WESTPORT, CT — The Porch at Christie’sthis week unveiled a new collaboration with the Wakeman Town Farm.
Wakeman Town Farm and The Porch at Christie’s teamed up to create the “WTF G.O.A.T. Bowl” featuring strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, bananas, Arethusa Farm yogurt and quinoa topped off with WTF honey, according to a news release.
The new seasonal item, which is dubbed WTF G.O.A.T BOWL for Wakeman Town Farm’s Greatest Of All Time Bowl, was added to the menu this week.

The Porch features made-from-scratch ingredients in its culinary delights including salads, sandwiches, wraps, panini, bowls and Sweet P Bakery baked goods. The WTF G.O.A.T. Bowl is $12 and the seasonable bowl is available through Sept. 30.

Additionally, The Porch now features animal sugar cookies of sheep, alpacas and goats made by its nonprofit bakery, Sweet P Bakery for $3 each with 10 percent of cookie proceeds being donated to Wakeman Town Farm. The animal cookies are also available at Wakeman Town Farm’s Saturday Farmstand.
“We are so excited to have a signature bowl on the menu at The Porch connecting the Farm, food and community,” said Nicole Gerber, Wakeman Town Farm Committee. “The Porch has been a big supporter of Wakeman Town Farm and we truly appreciate their collaboration for the specialty bowl and custom animal cookies.”
“Partnering with Wakeman Town Farm is at the core of our mission of food-community-purpose, as The Porch and Farm are both passionate about serving our community,” said Andrea Pecoriello, co-owner of The Porch at Christies. “We love that we can feature local ingredients like Wakeman Town Farm honey and Arethusa Farm yogurt in the new bowl.”
The Porch at Christie’s serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, to-go dinner and baked goods with a full coffee bar. Its mission of good food, community and purpose is to provide homemade food in an inviting atmosphere as well as employment for adults with developmental disabilities. Wakeman Town Farm is a sustainable working farm and environmental education center.
