Where To See Santa In The Westport Area This Christmas Season

WESTPORT, CT — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many Westport families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In the Westport area, kids have several chances to see Mr. Claus:

• Santa Visits the Holiday Express Train Show! (Fairfield): Dec. 3
• Meet Santa Claus at Stew Leonard's (Norwalk): Nov. 24 – Dec. 22
• Photos with Santa at the Connecticut Post Mall (Milford): Nov. 17 – Dec. 24
• Selfies With Santa At Bloomingdale's Court (Norwalk): Nov. 24 – Dec. 24

Santa arrived Nov. 5 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged. In Fairfield County, there is a Bass Pro Shops in Bridgeport.

Santa will also be at Macy’s stores in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Orlando. In Connecticut, Macy's has locations in Stamford, Trumbull, Danbury, Milford, Manchester and Farmington.

Santa was also scheduled to appear at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores on Black Friday, which was Nov. 24 this year. In Connecticut, Nordstrom has locations in Farmington and Norwalk.

JC Penney stores, including stores in Trumbull, Danbury, Waterbury, Manchester, Farmington and Waterford, are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
