Who's Coming, Who's Going: Recent Property Sales In Westport

WESTPORT, CT — According to Zillow.com, a half-dozen homes have been sold in Westport this month.

The home that sold for the highest amount during that timespan was 4 Ferry Lane East, which sold for $5 million on Feb. 2.

Of the six home that were sold, only two were each sold for less than $1 million.

• 129 Compo Road South; sold on Feb. 9 for $1,125,000
• 6 Morningside Lane; sold on Feb. 9 for $850,000
• 8 Placid Lake Lane; sold on Feb. 8 for $1,600,000
• 4 Ferry Lane East; sold on Feb. 2 for $5,000,000
• 39 Strathmore Lane UNIT 39; sold on Feb. 1 for $590,000
